Cancel Subscription & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard.
- Login your account on Iconic Intel.
- Navigate to Manage Subscription option in your dashboard.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
If you want to cancel subscription of specific account (e.g. GoHighLevel or N8N:
- Login your account on Iconic Intel.
- Navigate to GoHighLevel Account or N8N Account option in the dashboard where you can your all active accounts.
- Click the Cancel Subscription on the account of you want to cancel subscription.
Refund Policy
Refunds can only be initiated if you cancel your subscription (plan or specific account) before the start date of your next billing month or within 48 hours after your new billing month begins.
For the first month, a refund can only be initiated if you cancel your subscription within 48 hours of your payment.
This policy exists because we allocate dedicated accounts and resources when you place an order, which incurs cost.
